I built a lovely 3 story house for my father and needed to source some instant lawn to complete the project. Through lots of research I ended up using Roger at Grass it Lawns, the next problem I encountered was I needed to create a very complexed irrigation system that captures 100% of the water off the roof into tanks and dispersed this rain water to irrigate the various lawns and flower beds around the property.
